Benjamin Hulburt, Managing Partner
Benjamin Hulburt has over twenty years of entrepreneurial and financial experience. He has founded and grown two successful publicly traded companies into multi-billion dollar enterprises. Mr. Hulburt brings a unique set of skills to Alto Financial Group which include significant financial markets experience having led two initial public offerings on both the NYSE and the NASDAQ, numerous secondary public equity offerings, private debt offerings, public debt offerings and private equity fund raising efforts, as well as numerous mergers and acquisition transactions over his twenty-year career. Mr. Hulburt began his professional career as an active duty commissioned officer in the United States Army, leaving the service holding the rank of Captain. He served as a Director of Rex Energy Corporation (NASDAQ) from March 2007 to October 2010, and as Chairman of the Board of Eclipse Resources Corporation (NYSE) from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Hulburt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Hulburt was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010 in the Western Pennsylvania region and was named to the Top 40 Executives Under 40 by Fortune Magazine in 2013. Ben maintains life insurance and fixed annuity licenses in 26 states.
Daniel Asti, Managing Partner
Mr. Asti has over 35 years of experience helping his clients. He began his career in the commercial advertising business setting sales and recruiting records nationwide. In 2006 he entered the insurance and financial services industry when he founded Team Dream Financial, which ultimately grew into Alto Financial Group. Over the last fifteen years, Mr. Asti has developed innovative training systems that have helped our agents and advisors understand how to serve their clients better, and allowed Alto Financial Group to grow to over 200 agents and advisors in 28 states focused on the public employee sector of the financial services industry. Dan holds a Series 65 license and maintains life insurance and fixed annuity licenses in 17 states.
Larry Daniels, Partner & President
Larry Daniels began working in financial services in 2012. As a former public employee, he shares a unique first-hand experience of the lack of education received in the workplace. As a contract’s attorney for the largest municipality in New Jersey, Mr. Daniels worked as part of a team that negotiated contracts with major utility companies, managed public bid processes, and drafted legislation. He was often asked to audit the application of public bid formulas to ensure they were factored accurately and fairly. Mr. Daniels’ unique blend of legal and financial expertise has helped him craft everything from simple retirement plans to complicated mixed-strategy plans for his clients and their employers. Mr. Daniels received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stockton University, prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate from the Drexel University School of Law. In addition to his current work in financial services, he serves in a variety of pro bono roles for several nonprofits in his role as an attorney. He is an Investment Advisor Representative, offering advisory services through Verity Asset Management [Registered Investment Adviser]. Verity Asset Management is not affiliated with Alto Financial Group. Larry maintains his life insurance licenses in New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Michigan, Louisiana, Texas and Georgia.
